As a chocoholic, “I admitted it,” I finally settled on sharing 10 of my best dark chocolate recipes I hacked from celebrities with a little “touche” to my taste.

Did you know?

That chocolate has not always been about taste and pleasure? Prior to a couple hundred years ago, cacao – the primary ingredient in chocolate – was chiefly prized for its medicinal properties. Then, as chocolate grew in popularity and availability, people began enjoying it as a food. In recent years, science and the medical community are coming back around to explore the amazing health benefits of chocolate.

Starting with my:  Easy Raw Organic Chocolate Bites (Serves: 6-8 Bites)

Ingredients:

• 50 grams coco butter
• 1 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
• 1 tbsp Organic Raw Cacao
• Optional: (mix any combination)
• 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
• 1/4 Chili Powder
• 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
• 1 tbsp Carob

Then add cacao powder and mix together. Once done pour into molds and refrigerate for 1 hour or until hard.

TIP: This is your base chocolate recipe. Feel free to mix any optional ingredients or any other organic ingredients to your chocolate.
