Hi Amine,
I follow your stuff and I have to say... it’s awesome. You go into much more depth than many other books or programs on weight loss by discussing and emphasizing on the importance of psychology in losing weight. I think that the mind is 80% of the battle, because the body will respond to any change a person makes.

For me the hardest part is getting started and staying motivated. Before watching your videos, I would try to stay perfect, completely “IN” in my diet for X amount of days, but when I had one bad day and ate junk food, I felt like I just lost all my progress, so I would give up for period of time, until I decided that I want to get healthy again. It is a horrible vicious cycle and one that I want to break.
